We offer a flexible suite of programs that support boys’ wellbeing, identity development, and emotional growth – designed to work with your school’s timetable, values, and pastoral priorities.

Signature Workshops

High-impact, in-school workshops that support your wellbeing curriculum or special events (e.g. wellbeing days, transition programs, leadership training).

Themes include:

Details:

  • 60–90 minute workshops

  • Up to 50 students per group

  • Years 7–10 (adapted to age/stage)

  • Optional add-ons: staff sessions, parent evenings

Term Based Programs

Deeper learning, real relationships, and long-term impact.

This is our recommended format for embedding relational education into your school culture.

Wayfinders Term Program Includes:

  • 8 weekly sessions (1 hr each)

  • Group sizes: 8–15 boys (circles-based)

  • Thematic flow: Identity → Challenge → Expression → Contribution

  • Embedded reflection tools, weekly prompts, and integration activities

  • Optional: staff training to run it in-house

Curriculum Co-Design & Staff Training
